Basketball General Information – Hampton Parks & Rec
Imporant Information
The Hampton Parks and Recreation youth basketball league is for Hampton residents. Players must be 6yrs old by October 1st and players can’t turn 19yrs old before October 1st. Youth basketball games are held at the Boo Williams Sportsplex. The program begins practices in late November. Games are held Monday through Friday starting early Janurary. Parents must register with any of our 10 Athletic Associations that participate in the league starting October 15th each fall. Middle school students may choose to play in the middle school division for only the middle school which they attend that season. These players will then be ineligible to participate on a recreation team during the same season. Further information can be found in our rules and regulations.
