H.A.T.C.H – Hands Across the City of Hampton

What is H.A.T.C.H. or Hands Across the City of Hampton? H.A.T.C.H. is a multifaceted initiative to promote city wide unity. It was born from our acknowledgement that we must preserve and maintain strong relationships among all residents of our city. We further realized that the best fruit comes from well cultivated seeds and a weed free garden. Seeds that are properly nurtured, fed and provided ample light to grow strong. Finally, we accepted that it is our responsibility as adults, to ensure a fruitful harvest starting with our seeds. It has to begin with our children.

Youth Fest ’22 – June 25, 2022 – 10a-5p – Aberdeen Elementary School

This year’s theme is ” Youth Fest 22″. Featuring a lineup of youth vendors, entertainers and entrepreneurs from all over the city and surrounding areas. We have also invited organizations that will provide information and resources for successful youth and family development.

The Greater Aberdeen Community Coalition and Deen Ball Sports Inc will partner with Hampton Parks and Recreation’s Leisure Services on this year’s Youth Fest initiative. DBSI and GACC have joined together on several community and district projects that benefited the educational growth and development of district 10 students. Each being a tremendous success.

We hope that all of Hampton will join us for HATCH Youth Fest ’22. We welcome you all with open arms. So come…join us as we prepare the garden of life for a new generation harvest that will feed our future…extend your hands across the city of Hampton to…help us…help the kids.
